Nowadays more and more it is not a luxury to be able to rely on accounting, financial services, on the contrary.

Among others, different banking, fiduciary, governmental, and semi-governmental authorities require that (prospect) clients present their accounting, financial information and/or documentation.f

For example, banks require (audited) accounting, financial statements for their respective (bank) accounts’ application, review, update processes.

Furthermore, in the event that the legal entity (company) has not had operations in the previous year, the banks require that the (prospect) clients present accounting, financial information and/or documentation prepared by accounting, financial professionals, indicating such information and/or documentation.

All of the above need to be audited by Chartered Accountants and/or Certified (Public) Accountants.
